  • Based in NYC, with flexibility to travel to drive performance and manage teams.

  • Drive Sales & Financial Targets: Create exceptional online experiences and leverage merchandising, labor planning, and clienteling strategies to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies using sales data and field insights to maximize profitability.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work with the Diamond Domain Founder & CEO to identify growth opportunities and create product and marketing strategies that align with financial goals.
  • Field Team Leadership: Lead teams to ensure new initiates, key marketing events, and high brand sentiment.
