About the Role: As the Director of Amazon, you will own Beam’s Amazon storefront in both strategic and operational capacities, driving revenue and conversion goals specifically focused on Amazon. This is an opportunity to scale Beam’s Amazon channel aggressively, as one of the best opportunities for rapid growth within the business today. Success in this role requires a self-starter mindset, high degree of ownership, drive, and the ability to leverage data in support of making site merchandising decisions. What you’ll do:

  • Work both strategically and tactically to scale Beam’s Amazon channel, optimizing our storefront to drive sales and conversion
  • Lead and manage the eCommerce and marketing strategy for Beam’s Amazon storefront
  • Define and implement a collaborative planning process to develop sales forecasts, plans and strategies
  • Work to enhance site content, SEO and merchandising of product descriptions and data
  • Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reporting, including sales, promotions, conversion, etc
  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover successes and opportunities that will assist in delivering objectives
  • Manage day-to-day Amazon operations including but not limited to creating & monitoring active product offerings, product ranking, inventory management, and enhancing Beam’s presence on Amazon.com
  • Maintain & monitor product reviews and customer feedback to ensure a high seller rating, customer feedback scores, and account health, and provide a continuous feedback loop to Growth, Finance and Product team

Who You Are:

  • 5-7 years of experience growing a DTC business on Amazon
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, make timely decisions, anticipate problems and adjust as priorities shift
  • Is a detail-oriented, self-starter who is independently reliable

Location: [Boston, MA or NYC/ Brooklyn, New York] Hybrid work schedule of 2-3 days/week in-office at either of our Boston or Brooklyn headquarters.
