Cetechs, a Small Business, is seeking a Project Manager to join our team of professionals under the leadership of our Program Manager.

- Manage complex task orders and collaborate with Government Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and customer agency representatives.
- Responsible for overall management of task orders ensuring solutions and schedules are implemented timely.
- Responsible for the overall quality of tasks deliverables.
- Manages subcontracting agreements in accordance with government terms and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, public health, healthcare, business, or other relevant disciplines; or a combination of education, training, or certification that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted for the degree.
- Eight years general experience with 6 years project management experience
- Demonstrate strong diplomatic skills to ensure effective and respectful collaboration across diverse cultural contexts.
- Expertise in International Public Health, infectious disease, capacity building, health equity, strategic planning, communications, and/or global HIV/AIDS programs - including PEPFAR and the Global Fund
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
