Job Description

This is an 18 Month contract providing backfill support for a team member, who has moved into an internal project.

ROLE PURPOSE

  • Develop tools and enables to efficiently measure and report KPI’s for Customer Services team
  • Manage data and reports for different functions within the Customer Service organization
  • Familiarity with managing large data sets with a commercial mindset
  • Evidence of conducting analysis of data to deliver multiple business improvement projects
  • Skill using Excel and Power BI or similar tools
  • Build key stakeholder relationships internally and externally
  • Meet set objectives to achieve performance measures

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

Reporting:

  • Take ownership of working with team to develop reports that are required to measure team’s performance
  • Review/refine existing reports in line with current processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with other data professionals within the organization to extract data figures, creating reports based on their findings and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives’ success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and help them develop tools for collecting, organizing and analyzing information.

Customer Services Dashboards:

  • Take ownership of working with team to review KPI dashboards and ensure data accuracy
  • Develop tools and enables to efficiently measure and report KPI’s for Customer Services team
  • Visualizing data with graphs, infographics and other methods
  • Work with Global Customer Responsiveness team to regularly review the Global Quote Dashboard and report any data inaccuracies

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years in data analysis, business analysis or a related field
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Will thrive working both alone and as part of a team
  • Be a problem solver bringing a different perspective of thinking
  • Ultimately be able to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders and pull people together using data and strategy.
  • Experience with business process improvement and digital transformation projects is advantageous.
