100% Remote Role. Our client is looking for a Lead Cloud Security Engineer to join their team and help protect data in a cloud environment from cyber threat actors. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices. You will also participate in a cross functional team with other cloud security engineers and collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure compliance, risk management, and incident response.

Pay Rate: $65.00 - $70.00/hr on W2

Responsibilities:
  • In cooperation with Business Leaders and team members in various work streams, develop, execute and manage internal and external communication/change management within projects according to strategy and in response to department and company needs. This includes stakeholder identification and analysis, development of prescriptive plans including content/messaging, timing and channel delivery and coordinating/driving execution.
  • Design, implement, maintain and update standards, processes and tools
  • Develop and ensure organizational adherence to all Change Management standards and process. Manage the process to meet department objectives and ensure the process is performed as designed. Ensure that compliance with Change Standards is effectively communicated to all BPMO and Project associates.
  • Lead and manage the entire Change Management Lifecycle. Ensure that all changes are recorded, reviewed, assessed and evaluated, authorized, coordinated, tested, and closed.
  • Create reporting metrics and communicate appropriately. Metrics will include KPIs, output metrics, workload metrics, and process metrics.
  • Lead meetings effectively to ensure risks and impacts of change are clearly understood by all stakeholders to minimize business impact.

Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a Project Management, Business Analyst and/or Change Management Role. OR High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a Project Management, Business Analyst and/or Change Management Role.
  • Proven ability to quickly gain insight into business needs
  • Experience developing business communication and change management strategies
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key leaders and influence at all levels in the organization
  • Proven ability to think creatively and design strategic solutions to complex communication challenges involving multiple constituents
  • Proven ability to drive multiple assignments to completion in a fast-paced team environment
  • Good process engineering skills.
  • Working knowledge of project methodology
  • Experience with electronic delivery channels and processes
