Requirements

Role: Non-Emergency Dispatch

Status: Full-Time, Seasonal, Hourly

Reporting: Director of Snow Safety

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for non-emergency calls, handling homeowner inquiries and requests with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Engage effectively and sensitively with high-level individuals, ensuring all interactions are respectful and solutions oriented.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and independently.
  • Maintain a consistently courteous, professional, and empathetic demeanor in all communications.
  • Demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping people, treating every question or inquiry with importance and care.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and systems used in the dispatch and communication process.
  • Collaborate with the broader service provider team to ensure requests are accurately routed and handled efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of communications, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or dispatch, with a proven ability to handle sensitive interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new software and technological tools.
  • Independent decision-making skills, with minimal need for supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Must be available nights, weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate amount of weight (up to 40lbs+)
  • Sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk, sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements
  • Ability to safely take part in all activities The Company is providing to our guests (skiing, boarding, mountain biking, hiking, snowmobiling, etc.…)
