6am - 3pm

Must be flexible to work one day on the weekend (will be off one day during the week if you work on the weekend).

Call Center Customer Service

Claims Representative

Responsibilities

  • Process claims via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers, insurance agents and vendors with questions about claims.
  • Document claim file activities in an accurately in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently manage inbound and outbound tasks simultaneously.
  • Display active listening and superior customer service skills for internal and external clients.
  • Accurately follow scripts and guidelines assigned to client programs and campaigns.
  • Remain professional and respectful to all clients and customers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must own a functional cell phone or tablet for Microsoft Authentication
  • Minimum of 1 year experience providing customer support including calls and email
  • Must possess excellent customer service, active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and keyboarding skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work in in fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to commit to hours of the position and maintain good attendance.
