We're all about blending the rhythm of music with cutting-edge technology, and we need someone with at least 5 years of experience to keep our shows grooving and our artists shining.

What You'll Be Rockin’:

Planning


  • Orchestrate long-lead production plans like a maestro, ensuring our top business priorities and artist campaigns hit the right notes.
  • Keep our team’s rhythm in check with stellar admin skills: think planners, calendars, studio bookings, recording sessions, and internal trackers.
  • Introduce fresh, exciting show features and formats.
  • Be our communication superstar, connecting confidently with Talent, show teams, and cross-functional crew.


Pre-Production


  • Curate the perfect playlist for our shows and sync it up with our Technical Producer.
  • Dive into music research, jotting down notes on selected tracks and coordinating guest appearances.
  • Craft engaging background notes and interview questions, plus scripts that sparkle.
  • Maintain the show episode tracker like a pro.
  • Team up with our Artist Relations squad to line up stellar guests.
  • Collaborate with design, imaging, and PR teams to make magic happen.


Live Broadcast/Show Taping


  • Be a key player, either in person or via video call, for live broadcasts, tapings, talk breaks, and interviews.
  • Direct the action with flair and finesse.
  • Ensure we hit all the right notes with broadcast standards.
  • Guide and inspire our talent, managing them to bring their best.
  • Keep music logs in tune with our needs.


Post Production


  • Update the show episode tracker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Perform quality checks on audio and video assets to ensure they’re pitch-perfect before sharing.
  • Collect and share broadcast details and social handles with our artists.
  • Provide assets to our PR, marketing, and social media teams to amplify our shows.
