Milestone Technologies is seeking experienced and highly successful Strategic Client Executives to join our growing team. As a Strategic Client Executive, you will be responsible driving growth for Milestone in. the strategic accounts by partnering with the Milestone delivery and operations teams. You would be responsible for crafting a holistic plan around how Milestone solutions solve our clients key business challenges. You will work with both client personnel as well as with Milestone stakeholders to ensure client success.

In addition to exercising strategic vision, the successful Client Executive will manage day-to-day tactical activities to ensure that revenue and profitability targets are met.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Deliver on the revenue growth plan and market share expansion within the strategic accounts
  • Manage and cultivate C-level relationships with Milestones largest strategic customers
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Forecast and track key account metrics including P&L management
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Intimately understand the client landscape - services used, competitors, key contacts, politics, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with internal peer groups and our client teams for effective partnering
  • Leverage all resources for pre/post-sales support to maximize close ratio and client satisfaction
  • Formulate comprehensive plans that include account mapping, addressable market analyses, etc.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • 8 + years experience in the Technology Industry with specific Sales/Account Management experience in IT Managed Services
  • 5 years technical experience preferred
  • A track record of managing a large complex managed services account is a must.
  • Multi-year track record of growing revenue across the account set of responsibility thru the development of account and offering specific sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in industry and technology trends
  • Strong professional reference base including customers
  • The ideal candidate will offer specific examples of account growth and management over an extended period of time
  • Examples of working effectively with the Service Delivery Manager or equivalent as a team to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed
