Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager, Global Value Chain Transformation & Culture for a reputable beauty company located in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enabling change in complex environments and will lead the development of change management initiatives that will enable new skills, technology, behaviors, and processes globally. The Manager will also partner with executive leaders and employees on execution and adoption activities. This role is temporary starting ASAP lasting until approximately end of January 2025. Ideally, the role will operate off a hybrid schedule on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging the company's change management methodologies to analyze, plan and execute activities on strategic transformation initiatives
  • Partnering with program leads and subject matter experts to understand future-state changes and develop and amplify the case for change. When necessary, facilitate change workshops to align or gather input from internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with senior HR and Enterprise executive leaders on the end-to-end implementation of culture transformation strategies
  • Providing thought leadership and consultative insights on implementation solutions
  • Escalating project and change risks/issues to senior leaders within the Global Supply Chain COE and Human Resources Teams
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and areas to flex as priorities shift

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, Postgraduate or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant change management experience in an industry or consulting team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in solving problems across businesses, functions, and geographies
  • A successful track record in designing, communicating, and managing change on large-scale programs
  • Exceptionally strong strategic thinking and planning skills, balanced with proven track record of delivering tangible results in complex and matrix work environments
  • Innovator, who can operate autonomously and make complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure
  • Experience enabling change management in supply chain organizations
