Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Partnership Marketing Manager to join our client's team. This role will focus on marketing efforts for companies within their existing portfolio. You will work closely with partners and internal teams to expand partnerships, refine value propositions, and drive go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Expansion: Collaborate with partners at companies within portfolio to expand partnerships and explore new opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools, content, and training needed to effectively market and sell partnership-driven solutions.
  • Full-Stack Marketing: Manage the full marketing lifecycle, including digital campaigns, events, product positioning, and more. Own various aspects of marketing to ensure cohesive and impactful strategies.
  • Value Proposition Refinement: Work with partners to tweak and enhance value propositions, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
  • Independent Execution: Navigate relationships, manage projects, and drive outcomes independently, with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Strong background in partnership marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.
    • Proven track record in full-stack marketing, including digital, events, product marketing, and sales enablement.
    • Ability to run marketing initiatives independently and drive successful outcomes.
    • Experience in startup tech marketing is a must.
    • Familiarity with HCM or HR-related products is advantageous but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
    • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

  • Work Environment: This role requires 3 days onsite in NYC
  • Contract Details: This is a contract-to-hire role for 6+ months, with the potential to convert to a full-time
  • Travel: Potential for light travel to industry events, such as a planned event in Las Vegas in March.
