Overview

We are looking for a Family Office Associate to join our Personal CFO Services area. This position is responsible for supporting multiple clients with a variety of accounting and administrative services.

Responsibilities

  • Detailed tracking of client bills and filings
  • Manage bill collection and processing
  • Research and resolve issues or discrepancies with client accounts and bills
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries
  • Manage vendor relationships and payments
  • Money movement requests
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of client bank accounts and credit cards
  • Assist with client onboarding
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Other client and team support, as needed

Requirements

  • University degree in accounting or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum three years experience in accounting providing client services in personal tax, family office or related field
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for exceptional client service
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to adhere to strict process, control and confidentiality standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle and respond to multiple client and department demands in a timely manner.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
