  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description:
Pay Range: $61hr - $66hr
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
  • Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
  • Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, noSQL, and SQL technologies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.
  • We are seeking a Reporting Analyst with advanced knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing Tableau.
  • Power BI solutions, with a strong background in contact center reporting concepts, as well as expertise in big data, noSQL, and SQL data query/extraction coding.
  • Required 5 to 7 years of experience resource.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards, including Genesys Cloud CX.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Tableau and PowerBI design and development.
  • Experience with big data, noSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets.
