  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Our client is an investment bank. They seek a Vice President of Marketing & Public Relations to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee key, strategic media relations opportunities, focusing on communications
  • Develop relationships with priority news media, inclusive of trade outlets
  • Create press opportunities for company spokespeople that elevate the company brand
  • Serve as a trusted adviser and support Bankers in advance of media engagements
  • Draft media relations content, including press releases, briefing materials, and fact sheets
  • Leverage company intel reporting to understand competitor positioning/PR strategy
  • Support the new cycle and trends to facilitate more proactive pitching
  • Stay up to date on trends and coverage monitoring to help “news jack” what’s coming
  • Handle cross-coverage and serve as a set of hands for run-the-business activities
  • Answer media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and provide accurate information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing
  • 5+ years of media relations/marketing experience
  • Experience in financial services or investment banking
  • Proactive, creative thinker who is results-driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple demands and meet deadlines
