As a UX Design Lead, you will guide and inspire a team of UX designers and researchers, driving the creation of user-centered designs that align with business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in UX processes to deliver intuitive and impactful design solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.



Responsibilities:


  • Lead the UX design team, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure high-quality design output.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals, focusing on creating user-centric and accessible designs.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and design solutions.
  • Manage the design process for assigned projects, ensuring that designs meet standards and are delivered on time.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
  • Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your mastery of the craft.
  • Experience in designing for various platforms and operating systems.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements, conduct site assessments, and perform competitive analysis.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and launching design solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading design projects and teams
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Flinto, Framer, Marvel, or Principle.
  • Strong user research skills and experience in motion design and illustration.
  • Deep understanding of design theory, visual communication, and UI standards.
  • Ability to create and maintain design templates and patterns for consistent user experiences.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Inclusive design philosophy with a keen editorial sense, capable of balancing feedback with your design vision.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly.
  • Experience deploying user interface standards and creating engaging, functional designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
