Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Designer with expertise in Fusion software to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to design and develop innovative solutions within the semiconductor industry. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, proficiency in Fusion software, and the ability to work efficiently on complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CTO to understand project requirements and design specifications.
Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and simulations using Fusion software.
Develop and optimize design concepts for semiconductor components and systems.
Ensure all designs meet industry standards and project-specific requirements.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from the CTO and other stakeholders.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the semiconductor industry.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Designer, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Proficiency in Fusion software (e.g., Fusion 360) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of semiconductor design principles and processes.
Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to completion.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate with technical teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
Familiarity with the semiconductor manufacturing process.
