Experience with Pega and Pega Collections features, such as the following:

  • Activity.
  • Analysis.
  • Assistance Program Enrollment (allow customers to enroll in payment plans).
  • Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Case Creation Logic.
  • Case Management Functionality (creating/managing lifecycle of a collections case).
  • Case Prioritization (Agent Productivity).
  • Collections Data Model (i.e. contact, case, assistance program).
  • Communications (triggering calls or chats to customers).
  • Contact Strategy (logic to determine the contact channel for a customer).
  • Decision Strategy Manager (leverage AI and NLP to analyze customer moods).
  • Inbound/Outbound Interaction Setup (searching inbound call or enabling automated popup for dialer calls).
  • Payments Scheduling (processing one-time payments (OTP), procure-to-pay (PTP), or Autopay).
  • Policy Regulations and Controls.
  • Rules Process Commander (PRPC).

Experience with Pega technical features, such as the following:

  • A/B Testing.
  • Agent Experience (UI and screens).
  • Data Persistence (PTP / case depositions / attempts).
  • Functional Logic.
  • Live Statistics (progress in a transactional flow).
  • Reporting Feed for Analytics (send feeds to other series).
  • Role Authorization / Authentication (determine access controls for specific user roles).
  • Rules Configuration and Execution (contact strategy).
  • Workflow (case management).

Experience with the following responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing Pega Workflows, User Interfaces, Activities, Utility and Decision rules.
  • Using APIs to integrate the Pega platform with other micro-services.
  • Working with Web Services including REST or SOAP.
  • Building integrations using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
  • Designing integration components using Pega Frameworks.
  • Performance Tuning including Performance Analyzer (PAL), Log Analyzer, DB Tracer or Preflight.
  • Working on projects using Agile Methodology.
  • Designing, developing, integrating and testing Pega's customer decision hub framework applications to support implementations for different lines of businesses.
  • Working on Pega Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) data extraction for analytical reporting.
  • Migrating between major Pega versions.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends.
