Requirements:

  • 7 or more years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer networks, intent-based networking, software-defined networking (SDN), SD-WAN, MPLS, voice technologies (SIP/RTP, VoIP), VPN, UCaaS, and Avaya voice systems.
  • Expertise in hybrid multi-cloud network architecture, public cloud adoption framework, and network security technologies.
  • Experience with network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, and SIP/SBC.
  • Experience with authentication solutions (SSO, SAML2.0, OAuth).
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or similar are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
  • Configuring routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services, and firewalls.
  • Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
  • Troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
  • Monitoring network performance and ensuring system availability and reliability.
  • Providing Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
