  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Our client has an immediate need for an Infrastructure Engineer - Redis Platform
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with Scripting (bash)
  • Experience with Java/Python or similar
  • Experience with Infrastructure code - code management
  • Experience with G.I.T
  • Experience with Ansible is a plus
  • Experience with Redis administration or development experience is a plus
  • Experience with Agile is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • BC Events (testing and actual)
  • ServiceNow incident remediations
  • ServiceNow Change Requests/CTASKs (typically PROD only)
  • Assist mnemonics in addressing reported RE-related vulnerabilities on RE clusters/servers
  • Address FAQs in Redis Group Customers-MT chat channel
  • Submit RedisLabs Support Requests/Support Packages on behalf of mnemonic
  • Coordinate mnemonics/RedisLabs Support Account Management meetings (when necessary)
  • CL0 designation: fulfillment of required tasks to become CL0
  • SCR onboarding coordination and support
  • Research, test and design net-new capabilities
  • Potential use of GTMs
  • Resolution of missing/broken OS packages due to patching
  • Automation of RE software upgrades
  • Develop, deploy and maintain reports on the ELK stack
  • Redis Enterprise Endpoints Registry
  • Redis Enterprise Licenses Report
  • RE Clusters Wave Patching Status Report (future use)
  • Develop a prerequisites validation check script (future use)
