SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Allocator is responsible for allocations for Outlet stores in the US. They will work closely with the merchandise planning team, buying team and business leads to create builds, manual push needs and craft the total allocation strategy for the store business. They also need to ensure proper inventory management between the warehouse’s and ECOM business to ensure that the stock is in the right place to maximize sales. **This role has an immediate start date carrying through February 2025**

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Create and maintain all allocation reporting including, but not limited to: Ship to store summaries, build re-caps, store capacity, in-bound tracker, high turn styles, core replenishment MOH
  • Assist Planning Manager, in partnership with business leads, to accurately ensure the right level of stock in all stores, aligned with budget and forecasted sales.
  • Seasonally develop key allocation strategies and approaches to the business that will help drive sell through and top-side sales.
  • Partner closely with Planning Manager/Buyers to push the right level of stock and assortment to the outlet stores, to ensure the right balance and level of stock on hand.
  • Create in-season consolidations between markets and stores to maximize sales,
  • Key Cross functional partnership with Buying, Finance, Business Leads, Visual Merchandising.
  • Partner with regional business leaders to resolve any inventory callouts.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Allocation, in both big and small door companies.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills, highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint expertise: must be able to analyze large volumes of data in excel and be able to distill analysis into digestible presentations
  • Four year college degree
