  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

It is now a part of a very well-known, high performing VC's portfolio that buy, build, and manage successful SaaS companies – they’ve attracted a ton of funding, allowing them to have heavily invested in the next generation product.

You will be responsible for guiding new customers through the initial setup and implementation of their logistics SaaS platform. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing tailored training, and ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process to active usage of the software. You will also provide first-line technical support. Troubleshoot issues, guide clients through problem resolution, and collaborate with the technical team as needed. You come with a high technical proficiency and experience with integration and implementation processes.

You bring with you;

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role SaaS role, experienced with onboarding or training
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and logistics industry practices
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in taking customers fully live and developing onboarding playbooks/best practices

- $70K-$73K salary
