Description of the Role:

The Parts Counter Person at Superior Ford in Plymouth, Minnesota will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of automotive parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
  • Research and locate parts in inventory or order them from suppliers
  • Accurately log and track parts sales and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an automotive parts counter role is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify and select parts
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and ability to quickly learn about new parts
  • Proficient computer skills for inventory tracking and parts lookup
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
