As an Events Assistant at Sociaxe, you will play a key role in the planning, organization, and execution of various events. You will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless delivery, from pre-event logistics to post-event follow-ups. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about event management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, including meetings, conferences, and product launches.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, vendor management, and guest registration.
  • Support the events team in managing timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for promotional materials.
  • Ensure all event requirements are met and resolve any issues that may arise during the event.
  • Manage post-event activities, including surveys and reporting.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience in event planning or project management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
