We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant with proficiency in the Schwab platform to join our team.
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our financial advisors by managing day-to-day operations, handling client account management tasks, and ensuring seamless interactions with the Schwab platform. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the Schwab Advisor Center web platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schwab Platform Management: Efficiently navigate and manage client accounts using the Schwab Advisor Center web platform, including account creation, client onboarding, and ongoing account management.
- Client Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage documentation related to client accounts, investment activities, and compliance requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documents required by advisors or clients.
- Office Management: Support day-to-day office operations, including managing communications, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Schwab Platform Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with the Schwab Advisor Center, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
