Key Responsibilities

Collaboration for Efficient Fulfillment: Collaborate effectively with Vendors, Service teams, Sales teams, and the Logistics Team Lead to ensure streamlined equipment and product fulfillment in and out of the warehouse.

Precise Equipment Handling and Organization: Carefully receive, inspect, and organize CPM equipment and associated materials, meticulously verifying equipment received and ensuring accurate equipment setup for reuse.

Workstation Maintenance: Maintain the warehouse CPM workstation to industry standards, ensuring meticulous organization, proper equipment testing, and strict adherence to cleanliness and safety guidelines.

Reliable Service Team Backup: Serve as a dependable backup for the service team, efficiently providing equipment deliveries to facilities and effectively coordinating equipment drop-offs as needed from associated facilities.

Warehouse Maintenance: Regularly clean and organize the warehouse space to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the Logistics Team Lead. Adhere to safety protocols, including keeping pathways clear, maintaining fire exits, and using safety equipment according to its designation. Properly dispose of waste materials, including recyclables and hazardous materials. Assist Logistics Team Lead with maintenance of warehouse/office facilities and inventory, as needed.

Contribution to Operational Effectiveness: Perform additional related duties as assigned, actively contributing to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations, and enhancing supply chain logistics.

Confidentiality, Privacy Adherence: Uphold the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality, strictly adhering to patient privacy guidelines (HIPAA) in all warehouse operations. Ensure security of warehouse and inventory by upholding company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill essential duties and responsibilities accurately and efficiently. The following requirements represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in intermediate computer software (Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and telephone technologies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with effective listening and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Customer service or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Possession and maintenance of a valid U.S. driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
  • Must not be excluded and maintain non-exclusion from working with government programs per OIG list.
