Job Overview:
The Supply Chain Operations Manager will be responsible for building and leading the operations team from scratch, overseeing day-to-day fulfillment operations, and managing all aspects of the supply chain for our multi-divisional company. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly AMT, and a proven track record in managing multi-warehouse and multi-category operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Building & Leadership:
- Build an operations team from scratch, establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Determine staffing requirements; screen, hire, and train new employees to create a capable and efficient team.
- Lead and manage the operations and production teams, ensuring all functions are aligned with company goals.
Operations Management:
- Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations for our multi-million dollar, multi-divisional/category company.
- Set up and oversee proper operational procedures and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Operate and manage our ERP system, while helping implement and support a new ERP system.
- Oversee order flow, shipping, and inventory management across owned + 3PL warehouses in the U.S. & Canada
- Synchronize inventory across all warehouses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Review and approve all fulfillment and supply chain-related invoices, maintaining budgetary control.
- Develop and create reports to manage, analyze, and enhance data for better decision-making.

- Customer PO Routing and ASN’s
- Price Tickets and Work Orders
- 3PLs, Warehouse, and Logistics Management
- Inventory Control and Analysis
- Importing and Customs Documentation
- Supply Chain Management
- Systems and System Implementation/Training
- Production Team Operations, including issuing production orders, managing POs, and tracking inbound containers
Partner & Vendor Management:
- Manage current and source new partners, including freight forwarders, dray partners, truckers, warehouses, and more.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Lead bi-weekly management meetings, serving as a liaison between ownership, division leaders, and staff to ensure alignment and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Extensive experience in supply chain management, with a focus on fulfillment operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly AMT, and experience in managing multi-warehouse and multi-category operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and develop a team from scratch, driving both individual and team performance.
- Ability to develop and implement operational procedures and processes.
- Experience with 3PL warehousing, EDI, e-commerce, and related supply chain functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and analyze reports for data-driven decision-making.
