Position: Change Management Consultant

Location: Remote

Hours: 8 Hours

Job Description:

A force for change. You know that government agencies must change to deliver on mission-critical initiatives, and you know how to help agencies do that. You’ve got the skills, tools, and know-how to help the federal government remake themselves from top-to-bottom to be more nimble, more capable, and more productive. You’ve done this plenty of times and it shows in how you do your best, so your clients get the best advice.

The work:

• Lead clients through the transformation process that will make their agencies more capable by focusing on alignment, ability and adoption of automation technologies

• Develop human-centered strategies for change that are agile, actionable, and ready for the digital world specifically in helping the government implement Citizen Developer initiatives for rapid modernization

• Translate strategic direction and mission objectives established by clients into holistic change strategies that incorporate alignment in their current structure

• Design change strategies that will help adjust to the future of work and new ways of working

• Use industry-leading change tools and methodologies including:

o Engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools like Mentimeter

o Experience design using personas and informed by organizational analytics

• Contribute to Accenture Federal Services’ business development efforts and to our Human Capital practice by:

o Supporting Human Capital leaders with market research, points-of-view, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management

o Collaborating on proposals

o Building trusted client relationships

Here’s what you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree?or equivalent experience

• 3+ years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas:

o Change Management

o Change Capability

o Agile Change

o Change Analytics

o Design Thinking

• At least 2 year working as a consulting practitioner

• At least 2 year of working with federal clients

• Familiarity with a digital technology platform (e.g. Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian, etc.), a Cloud Service Provider (e.g. Amazon, Microsoft, Google), or Cyber Security

Bonus points if:

• Experience working as a consultant on change management

• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) Certifications or PROSCI

• Experience with designing, developing, and rolling out a change management plan for a mid- or large-scale program

• Familiar with digital authoring tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, PowToon, Piktochart, Camtasia, SnagIt, and Articulate 360 to accelerate learning and adoption.
