Training Project Manager

Our client, a leading Government Systems Integrator, is in need of a Training Project Manager for an initial 12 month remote contract. The Training Project Manager will be supporting a major DoD EHR modernization effort and will be responsible for managing, executing, ongoing tracking and reporting of a variety of training efforts to include, analysis / identification of training gaps, revising of existing content and design plans for new content and development of training artifacts and delivery. They will also be responsible for providing day to day project management across assigned projects (project plans, resource allocation, scope compliance, etc.), plan for and oversee impact and gap analysis, overseeing creation of new templates for eLearning / instructor-led design, server as primary POC for customer, etc.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of working as a Project Manager and a bachelors degree.
  
• with the ability to obtain an ADP IT-II public trust clearance.
  
• Expert level experience with Microsoft office.
  
• PMI, PMP or ITIL certification.
  
• Prior experience supporting enterprise government projects.

Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:

• Background in instructional design and / or content development.
  
• Experience working as a Project Manager, Instructional Design and / or Content Development on an enterprise Cerner initiatives.
