Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect
Work Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Job Description:
Senior IT professional with 12-18 years of relevant experience and experience on the Sales, Service clouds platform.
Strong technical architectural background direct prior experience in Architectural role on Sales Service Clouds transformation programs Solution architect
Strong Sales Service cloud platform knowledge both functional and technical including ability to bring best practices and experience from prior engagements implementations
Aware of Salesforce Sales Service cloud platform limitations able to challenge the vendor on platform limitations and proposed solution outlines
Strong technical and architectural background knowledgeable in topics like identity and consent management experienced integrating sales service clouds in a complex digital landscape enterprise architecture experience
At least two implementations on Salesforce Org assessment POC data collaboration etc.
Great communication skills both verbal as well as writing
Preferably certified as Salesforce Sales Service cloud Consultant and or Sales Service cloud Developer
Supports Business Analyst Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing tracking and forecasting of solution development
Familiarity with Philips digital landscape and experience understanding of Philips platforms is preferred
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies in an onsite offshore delivery model
Execute Tools to assess on potential shortlisted Orgs Org check Salesforce Optimizer
Conduct interviews with business to understand business drivers for the org consolidation
Conduct interviews with IT to understand Security and Compliance issues Test Automation Analyze integration points data flows
Deep dive into business process mappings to understand the unique needs of each business unit on the shortlisted orgs
Evaluate existing customizations configurations and codebase
Analysis of Outputs for code quality unused tech debt security and compliance health check given by tools
Analysis of Integration complexity and bottle necks
Analysis for Large Data volumes and opportunities for archival Refactoring
Analyze current data volumes and structures to understand the impact on an org consolidation
Gap analysis of current implementation with Salesforce Well Architected framework for
Standards and naming conventions
Best practices Coding UI Process
Improving trust reliability of the system
Analyze Findings by Area Implementation Integration and Data for the prioritized orgs
Recommended Org Strategy
Map the future state feature set into waves based on Priorities Technical complexity and Dependencies for prioritized orgs
Outline Business Benefits
Finalize the Future state journeys for the Key Personas for the prioritized orgs
Analyze the Risks and create Mitigation details of the prioritized orgs
