We are seeking skilled consultants to support our ongoing LN implementation for a non-ITAR customer. The role involves working onsite to ensure smooth operations and optimization within service and manufacturing environments.

*Job Responsibilities:*

1. *Service - Maintenance to Optimize Productivity (50% Allocation):*
- Perform regular maintenance activities to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Implement best practices for preventive maintenance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work closely with onsite teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize service operations.

2. *Quality - Issue to Resolution Workstream (50% Allocation):*
- Drive the quality management process, focusing on issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.

3. *Service & Quality Combined Role (100% Allocation):*
- If possessing both service and quality skill sets, manage responsibilities for both workstreams, focusing on optimizing productivity and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to balance service maintenance and quality issue resolution tasks effectively.

4. *Manufacturing - Production to Inventory Workstream (100% Allocation):*
- Start onsite in Louisiana, focusing on the production to inventory workstream.
- Oversee manufacturing processes, manage inventory controls, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration from production to inventory.

*Qualifications:*
- Strong experience with LN implementation in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in service maintenance, quality management, and/or manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, or Louisiana.
- Proven track record in optimizing productivity and resolving quality issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
