Lead the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality development. Establish and enforce best practices for testing governance while implementing effective reporting and monitoring systems to track outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain a centralized testing script repository, ensuring reusable, well-documented test scripts are accessible and aligned with project requirements. Guide the team in consistently delivering reliable and well-tested solutions
