  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse Operations & Production Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Databricks, and Azure, along with hands-on experience managing data warehouse operations and providing production support in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the data warehouse, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
  • Provide production support for data warehouse systems, addressing incidents and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flows and system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support business reporting and data analysis needs.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot SQL scripts for data warehouse performance.
  • Utilize Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analysis.
  • Work with Azure services to manage cloud-based data environments, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Monitor and resolve data processing issues in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven expertise with SQL (query writing, performance tuning, optimization).
  • Strong experience with Databricks for data transformation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, etc.).
  • Experience in managing data warehouse operations and providing production support in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.
