  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - On call for 8 branches surrounding Albany NY

Time Zone: EST

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Network Administrator, Deskside Support Technician, Hardware Support Technician
  • Experience troubleshooting ATMS
  • Experience with onsite Desktop, Hardware, and Network support
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Experience with Microsoft Servers and OS
  • Experience with IBM and Lenovo Hardware
  • Experience with Lexmark and HP Printers

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Experience working in a bank or financial services environment

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Network & Deskside Support Engineer will be responsible for onsite client support at 8-10 bank branches in the surrounding Albany NY area
  • Provide user support for things like Office 365, hardware and devices, network operations, routers/switches/wifi, printers, scanners, laptops, etc.
  • Troubleshoot ATM's and other financial services hardware at bank branches
