Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Strategist with a strong background in artificial intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our AI-driven products, ensuring they meet market needs and drive business growth. Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
Role & Responsibility:
Define and implement the product vision and strategy for AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the AI landscape.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for AI-related products.
Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and guide data-driven decision-making.
Leverage Salesforce.com for CRM and customer insights, integrating these insights into product strategy where applicable.
Skills:
Proven experience as a Product Strategist or similar role, with a strong focus on AI-driven products and solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and its applications in product management and customer relationship management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
