  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description:

The IT Desktop Support/Systems Administrator will work from a home office and collaborate with the IT Desktop Support team. Their main responsibility will be providing desktop support and completing assignments at the request of management. Client will be opening 13 new locations over the next 12 months. This person will be asked to support branch openings; requiring travel to nearby locations, moving equipment, setting up and installing hardware, setting up desktops and workstations, setting up phone systems, installing and configuring networks, etc. This role requires someone with the discipline to work from home and respond to incoming support requests in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hardware, Infrastructure & Network Support, Break/Fix Support
  • Provide user support (deskside support), troubleshoot hardware and devices, network operations, routers/switches/wifi, printers, scanners, laptops, etc.
  • Troubleshoot ATM's and other financial services hardware at bank branches
  • Provide onsite NOC (Network Operation Center) support for local Poughkeepsie branch
  • Travel to nearby bank branches 20-25% of the time to provide support as needed
  • Designed and configure networks
  • Setup and support backup systems, disaster recovery plans and replication
  • Responsible for phone system, cabling, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance

Required Skills/Experience:

  • An established home office
  • Reliable transportation to get to bank branches when required
  • Desktop or Deskside Support experience in a Banking environment
  • 4+ years of IT Support and/or Administration

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience troubleshooting ATM s
  • Technical College or Certifications in relevant technologies preferred
