The expected base salary range for this position is $62,200 to $87,000. This salary range may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.

JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Project Manager will serve as the bridge between our clients, internal teams and partners to support and manage the effective operational execution of multiple Endpoint Adjudication Committee (EAC) projects. This role will serve in a client-facing project management capacity. This is a client facing position responsible for supporting current EAC projects, executing and delivering contracted services, engaging the EAC Operations team in the delivery of successful, impactful work, and expanding awareness of EAC services to relevant target audiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

  • Provide proactive leadership as the primary project leader for any assigned project.
  • Serve as primary liaison to Sponsor regarding assigned projects and/or programs.
  • Assure that project tasks and deliverables are properly executed and tracked according to defined budgets and timelines.
  • Manage project-specific budgets and timelines, including identification of changes in scope and preparation of change order budgets.
  • Support proposal development by providing 1) protocol-specific sections to proposal text and 2) specification as needed for budget development.
  • Provide regular (at least monthly) status reports to upper management.
  • Coordinate project team meetings and record and disseminate minutes of meetings.
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS or equivalent experience required, and a minimum of 2 years related experience in life sciences.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: CAPM preferred

Qualifications/Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years related experience in life sciences.
  • Strong organizational, communication (written and oral), and time management skills required.
  • Strong computer skills (i.e., Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment.
