HCM Consultant Time Tracking Payroll

Job Description: As an HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client s Workday Payroll system. You will work closely with their HR and IT teams to ensure seamless payroll operations and address any inefficiencies in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Workday Payroll implementations and upgrades.
• Heavy emphasis on Time Tracking and testing.
• Provide support for Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies and issues.
• Serve as the Payroll Specialist for multiple payroll deployments.
• Support post-production activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and HCM certifications.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to support and address Workday HCM Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking inefficiencies.
• Expertise in testing and ensuring the accuracy of Time Tracking calculations and Payroll, Absence, and reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting multiple clients in post-production activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and the ability to identify and resolve issues related to taxes or time block calculations.
• Ability to collaborate with IT teams for system programming and enhancements.
• Experience in conducting smoke testing and dry runs, with managers signing off on results.
• Proficiency in testing payroll reports to ensure accuracy.

Certified in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and HCM. (Preferred)
