SAP & Cloud Sales Manager

Responsibilities

To plan and carry out sales activities and identify new clients, to build and develop sales of IT Services to small-to-medium companies in accordance with agreed business plans. To develop relations specifically within the SAP & Cloud CSP market.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new business.
  • Building and Developing relations within the SAP & Cloud markets in the region.
  • Plan and carry responsibility of new logo acquisition in specific domain with clear understanding of offering mix of company in the given market.
  • Manage internal/external activities of telemarketing and research required for business development.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, SAP, AWS, Azure & Google Cloud Platform product account executives, customers and our key partners to build license and services demand.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Develop ideas and create offers and value propositions.
  • Responsible for building pipeline and follow up sales leads.
  • Carry out market research, competitor and suggest strategies.
  • Liaise and attend meetings necessary to build brand by attending seminars, analyst forums that aid business development.
  • Work on large deals/ hunting and bid process for the targeted customers.
  • Work closely with SAP & Cloud CSP AEs across USA and maintain relationships with them.

Requirements:

  • 5 year + IT Sales experience
  • Experience is selling SAP & Cloud services (for ex: SAP ERP, S4 HANA, AMS, Migrations, Upgrades etc.) is a MUST.
  • Solution selling and exposure to SAP deals will be an advantage. Should have experience working with offshore -teams in the past.

Skill Sets:

  • Work closely with CXOs and establish strong relationships.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete.
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Good business software knowledge and understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results.
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
  • Good verbal and oral communication is a must
  • Sales pipeline development and management- Client relationship, building and associated call planning.
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
