- Monitoring the market landscape to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive insights.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Have 10+ years of experience in commercialization, account management, or sales.
- Extensive knowledge of PBM services related to Medicare Part D in long-term care pharmacies.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
