Job Summary:

  • 12+ years of experience in handling admin related activities in implementations of Oracle BI Apps or Custom Data Warehouse projects utilizing Informatica and DAC.
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and administration of BI Apps 796, OBIEE/OAS, Informatica and DAC
  • Experience in administering various BI Apps environments, authorization/authentication setup, data migration/separation and datacentre migration
  • Hands on experience in Linux env
  • All aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, collect/analyse requirements, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle Business Intelligence applications developed for our business partners
  • Experience in working with OACS, OBIEE, DAC and Informatica
  • Hands on experience in development and customizations for OAC, OAS, OBIA, Informatica and OBIEE
  • Knowledge in integrating multiple data sources to load into Enterprise DWH
  • Strong ETL and OBIEE RPD design expertise
  • OAC, OAS, OBIA, OBIEE, Informatica Certifications are plus
  • Ability to identify risks and communicate mitigation plan with key stakeholders at client.
  • Understanding requirement, solution blueprint, performing fit gap analysis, Business process designs
  • Good querying skills on Oracle database with ability to understand and debug PL/SQL procedure.
  • Experience as architect for Dimension Modelling and Data Warehouse builds
  • Experience of effective performance tuning.
  • Must be well versed and hands-on in troubleshooting various issues and providing workarounds.
  • Ability to prepare Status reports and communicate with client.
  • Good problem solver and prompt decision maker
  • Able to plan / track tasks / activities / co-ordinate and report on a periodical basis.
  • Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day-to-day basis on deliverables and inter-team interaction on need basis
  • Experience in translating business analyst requirements into analytics metadata.
  • Must have extensive hands on/end to end implementation experience using OAC/OBIEE
  • Must have experience in designing customized interactive dashboards and reports in OBIEE using drill down, prompts, filters, and variable.
  • Ability to identify risks and communicate mitigation plan with key stakeholders at client.
