Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
  • 6-9 years of experience in conducting FEA simulations in an industrial or academic setting
  • Strong understanding of solid mechanics and finite element analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in using simulation software such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, or NASTRAN
  • Excellent ability to interpret and present simulation results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and technical project planning and estimation skills
  • A track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in simulation processes and practices.
