We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels. Reporting directly to the co-founders, the Marketing Director will be instrumental in shaping and executing our brand's marketing strategies. This role will oversee key teams including Content, Social Media, Influencer & Community Marketing, and Marketing Project Management, while collaborating closely with Creative, Digital, and Retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic brand and seasonal marketing strategies in collaboration with co-founders, ensuring a holistic 360 approach from planning through execution.
  • Manage marketing strategy and storytelling across all platforms in partnership with the Digital team to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with the Retail team to execute retail store events and product launches, developing programs that promote core products effectively.
  • Create and oversee the marketing budget, managing expenses for events, influencer engagements, etc., and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Lead social media marketing efforts, staying abreast of new and emerging platforms and trends, and oversee paid social media initiatives.
  • Direct the Influencer & PR strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through effective strategies.
  • Support social content and channel management strategies to ensure consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Cultivate strategic sponsorships and partnerships to support brand events.
  • Foster the professional and personal development of the Marketing and Brand team through goal setting, coaching, and career development initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and evolution of the brand through continuous ideation and market insights.
  • Monitor competitive brands and consumer behavior shifts to identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to optimize performance.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.
