  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Garden Technician, you will play an integral role in cultivating high-quality cannabis products. Your responsibilities will include performing daily tasks to support plant health and growth, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position offers the chance to develop new cultivation techniques and contribute to the overall success and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily plant inspections to assess health, growth, and overall crop condition
  • Monitor and adjust nutrient solutions as needed
  • Carry out various 'Green-Work' tasks such as pruning, defoliating, cloning, training, and trellising
  • Follow production schedules from propagation to harvest
  • Implement and adhere to Integrated Pest Management protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized cultivation space, free from contaminants
  • Keep detailed records of plant growth and environmental conditions

Requirements:
  • Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) Marijuana Handler’s Permit
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, or relevant experience in a related industry preferred
  • Basic understanding of grow practices and equipment
  • Ability to follow strict protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in record-keeping
  • Availability to work weekend shifts is required
