Roles and Responsibilities:


CMDB (Configuration Management Database): In-depth understanding of ServiceNow s CMDB is essential for modeling services and defining relationships between Configuration Items (CIs).

Service Mapping Module: Familiarity with the Service Mapping module in ServiceNow, including its features, capabilities, and how it integrates with the CMDB.

Discovery & Probes: Understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and the usage of probes, sensors, and patterns to discover infrastructure components and services.

Orchestration Skills: Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Orchestration for automating tasks that may be needed as part of the mapping.

Top-Down Mapping: Knowledge of top-down mapping techniques, which start with a business service and trace downwards to identify all dependencies.

Pattern Creation: Skills in creating ServiceNow patterns to customize the discovery of CIs and relationships.

Tagging and Classification: Ability to categorize and tag assets to ensure they are mapped correctly.

1.Creating assessments and surveys leveraging ServiceNow assessment capabilities
2.Design a data import process for completed assessments (PIA's)
3.Create data flow maps and record of processing activities for GDPR compliance


Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred

2.3-5 years of ServiceNow Implementation experience in large, complex environments

3.Experience in custom design, development, testing/QA and deployment

4.Experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) with demonstrated history delivering consulting services in a regulated environment

Remarks:

10+ years total exp and at least 5 years in ServiceNow as System Architect), Dallas location preferable
