They are committed to excellence and are seeking a talented Civil Construction Estimator to join their team in New Braunfels, TX.
As a Civil Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in developing detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive, accurate, and timely bids that reflect the scope of work and project requirements.

As a Civil Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in developing detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects. - Develop cost estimate by visiting sites or reviewing client RFP documents
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to obtain necessary pricing information
- Identify project risks, constraints, and opportunities, and adjust estimates accordingly
- Track and analyze project costs and provide post-bid reviews to improve future estimating processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor rates, material costs, and best practices
- Previous experience as a Construction Estimator, in road construction, utilities, or large-scale civil infrastructure projects is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience utilizing construction estimating software
- A desire to learn and take on new challenges
