Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Inventory Control Specialist in the Madison/Huntsville area. The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock movements, and ensuring inventory management system is up to date.

Job Description
Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Inventory Control Specialist in the Madison/Huntsville area. The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock movements, and ensuring inventory management system is up to date.
Responsibilities Of An Inventory Control Specialist Include
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock levels and address discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to manage inventory flow and resolve any issues.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and generate inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all inventory-related activities.
REQUIRED Experience and Education:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field; 2-4 years of experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
