Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Admin/Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities Of The Front Desk Admin/Receptionist

  • Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate staff members.
  • Manage and organize the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
  • Keep track of and stock office supplies.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and activities.

Qualifications For The Front Desk Admin/Receptionist

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of office equipment and management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in a customer-oriented role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office protocols and procedures.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 – 2 years of customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
