Description:
We are seeking a GRC Data Visualization Specialist who can:

  • Hold a strong understanding of risk management methodologies, including RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment), Control Testing, and Issues Management.
  • Develop and maintain GRC dashboards and reports within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for all three lines of defense.
  • Utilize Power BI to create advanced visualizations and analytics for GRC data, enhancing decision-making capabilities across the organization.
  • Lead the development of custom reports and dashboards tailored to specific risk management needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with business and risk leadership teams to align GRC reporting with data standards and compliance requirements.
  • Support the integration of data from various sources into ServiceNow GRC and Power BI, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
  • Provide training and support to risk management teams on the effective use of ServiceNow GRC reporting tools and Power BI dashboards.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all GRC reports and dashboards by implementing robust data validation processes.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow GRC reporting issues, providing timely resolutions and continuous improvements.
