Job Overview: As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and creating a positive client experience. Your role will involve supporting the Branch Manager and sales staff to meet client needs, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in account management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Assist the Branch Manager and sales team in fulfilling client needs.
  • Receive and process checks, security deposits, and disbursements.
  • Manage new account processing and actively identify additional business opportunities.
  • Schedule client appointments with Associate Financial Consultants and Financial Consultants for further consultation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required (can be obtained as a condition of employment).
  • A valid and active Series 63 license is required (can be obtained as a condition of employment).
  • Notary certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in a client service role.
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts.
  • Proven experience in handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
