Your role in our mission
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues with clients to resolve access issues.
Develop, implement, and deploy plans for workstation / servers related projects that affect the organization.
Install and maintain patches on the systems.
Remediate vulnerabilities as reported by security scan software
Monitor the systems and respond to alerts.
Create and maintain group policy
Troubleshoot and resolve server and active directory issues.
Engage with other teams (NOC, Networking, NetSec, etc.) when there are issues.
Contact and engage OS and hardware vendors if needed.
Make recommendations for hardware upgrades and research new hardware solutions.
Coordinate and implement hardware / software maintenance with our customers and application teams.
Support and participate in disaster recovery drills, backups, and recovery.
Willing to accept on-call responsibilities for Windows systems support.
What we're looking for
3-5 years of Windows / Intel system administration experience in a production environment.
2-4 Active Directory experience
Knowledge of Network, Switch and Router hardware
A knowledge of ILOMs and HBAs is a plus
Must be a Team Player and willing to work with others:
A willingness to assist multi-faceted teams during troubleshooting issues
What you should expect in this role
Candidate must be located in Northern California (Roseville, CA) is required.
Some hybrid remote work may be considered.
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
